Week 1: 7 Paradigms of Feminine Leadership

Welcome to Week 1 of the Feminine Leadership Series.

This week we are  exploring leadership from the feminine perspective and how to transform your ‘work’ into a life nourishing endeavor and also what is necessary for the survival and evolution of mankind.

A feminine leader is a dynamic creator that is empowering, inspiring, compassionate and collaborative. There is a shift occurring in the business community where women are stepping into their feminine power and having a huge IMPACT.

In addition, here is a webinar given on these paradigms. We had some technical glitches with the software but I thought you might enjoy this dialogue with my host Kristen Domingue.

7 Paradigms of Feminine Leadership

These seven new paradigms represent a new way of viewing how power and success can be created in our world.

1.  From Competition to Collaboration

2.  From A Goal Setting Model to An Emergent Model

3.  From Profit Motive to Service Motive

4.  From Seeking Power to Seeking to Empower

5.  From Resource Obtaining to Resource Sharing

6.  From Loyalty to Ideas to Loyalty to Life

7.  From Conquering the Physical World to Being Part of an Integrated Whole

Championing Range

The less compelled we feel to defend who we are, the more energy we have to invest in becoming the best version of ourselves.  That greatness demands both decisiveness and flexibility, courage and prudence, strength and vulnerability, action and introspection.

I challenge you to find the wisdom of both of those qualities in both sides of all of those polarities.  Our measure of greatness is our capacity to navigate between our opposites with agility and grace.  To accept ourselves exactly as we are, but never to stop trying to evolve and get better.

This Week’s Challenge

Choose one or more of these paradigms to champion in your life over the coming months. Which shift would have the most impact in your life and on your business?
Commit to viewing the world through this new lens for one week and then share what difference that made. I can’t wait to read your comments below.

Look for the next resource in this series in your inbox in about 7 days.

To Your Continued Success,
