So many people want to join an organization to have authority for authority’s sake. They want to have the power because there’s something sexy and fun about having authority. But they are missing the true power of feminine leadership, which is to empower and inspire those around us.
With a purely profit motive, what occurs to you to do is entirely different than if your focus is on how to provide the highest service and the highest value possible to your customers and to the people that are in your world.

The masculine mindset is one of setting goals. We create a business plan. We create a set of things that we’re trying to accomplish. We’re at A and we’re trying to get to B and we create milestones. This is a valuable way of creating a new future, but I want to offer you different way of approaching things. Instead of just setting goals, focus on nurturing all of your relationships.
