The New Paradigms of Feminine Leadership

A feminine leader is a dynamic creator that is empowering, inspiring, compassionate and collaborative. There is a shift occurring in the business community where women are stepping into their feminine power and having a huge IMPACT. These seven new paradigms of feminine leadership illustrate how women’s soaring influence is transforming the world.

These seven paradigms of feminine leadership represent a new way of viewing how power and success is achieved. For too many of us, business is something that we have to do now in exchange for living the life of our dreams in the future (that is what retirement is, right?). I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like that.

There is a way to transform your “business” into something that is life-nourishing.
